ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
CSG
International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), a global provider of interactive
transaction-driven solutions and services, today announced appointments
to the leadership team for CSG
Invotas, the company's newly launched enterprise security business.
Mike Henderson will lead the business as president of CSG Invotas.
Henderson joined CSG in 2010 as the executive vice president of sales
and marketing to oversee business development, marketing, and account
management. He will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations
and growing the Invotas client base around the world. Prior to CSG,
Henderson held executive roles at Telcordia Technologies, ADC Software
Systems, Frontier Corporation, and Nortel.
For more than 30 years, CSG has been a trusted partner to some of the
world's best-known brands in the communications services, financial
services, government, transportation, and utilities sectors. CSG Invotas
is rooted in the company's DNA and builds on the proven technologies,
expertise, and global delivery infrastructure CSG currently provides to
more than 500 global clients. It is a natural evolution of CSG's
time-tested mediation and activation solutions by adapting the
award-winning capabilities that support some of the most complex network
operator environments in the world to a best-in-class security offering.
Rounding out the management team are leading security and risk
management professionals:
-
Paul Nguyen, president, CSG Invotas global security solutions. In this
position, Nguyen will be responsible for the Invotas global product
strategy, development, commercial sales, strategic alliances, and
professional services. Nguyen brings extensive experience as a
seasoned information security expert in global markets that serve
Fortune 500 and public sector organizations; he is a proven business
leader responsible for accelerating the growth of several security
firms. Nguyen joined CSG in 2013 after serving as vice president of
cyber solutions at Knowledge Consulting Group. He also brings a wide
range of experience from his leadership roles at firms such as @stake,
Neohapsis, Deloitte, and the Court Services and Offender Supervision
Agency (where he served as the chief information security officer). He
is a member of the ISA board of directors and a participant on two
working groups for the Communications Security, Reliability, and
Interoperability Council.
-
Fred Brott, president, CSG Invotas government solutions. Brott and his
team have been at the forefront of cybersecurity offerings at CSG. The
technology services they designed and deployed for use by U.S.
government agencies laid the groundwork for current Invotas offerings.
Brott joined CSG 13 years ago to direct the company's North American
operations; now he will develop and direct CSG's security strategy
throughout the public sector. His expert knowledge of the
communications industry and CSG's extensive portfolio will help grow
the company's client base with government agencies in the U.S. and
around the world.
-
Dwayne Ruffin, chief, global market development, CSG Invotas. Ruffin
has been leading CSG's product strategy efforts for more than 25 years
to support the evolving convergent cable and satellite industries and
extend CSG's comprehensive solutions portfolio through organic growth
and acquisitions. At Invotas, Ruffin will lead all competitive and
business intelligence efforts in addition to the development and
evolution of the Invotas solutions strategy, including merger and
acquisition initiatives.
-
Jessica Gulick, chief strategist, CSG Invotas. Gulick is a 12-year
veteran of the cybersecurity industry, including strategic experience
in risk management for large enterprise systems. Gulick has
co-authored security standards, led large network security assessments
for federal, financial organizations, and built successful market
development strategies while working for SAIC and ManTech. She is a
member of Women in Technology and sits on the Virginia Tech MBA
advisory board.
"These key executives are the first in a number of important new members
to the CSG Invotas family," said Mike Henderson, president of CSG
Invotas. "As we continue to invest in and expand our footprint in the
enterprise security arena, we will build on our 30-year legacy of
technology innovation, global delivery capabilities, and deep domain

secure their enterprises. It is our goal to help CIOs and CISOs think
and act differently about secure enterprise management."
