services for carriers and service providers has selected CSG to
streamline its wholesale billing and partner management process.
CSG has been a trusted partner to the client for more than six years,
during which time the client has used CSG carrier
access billing (CABS) to settle domestic inter-carrier access
charges. Under the terms of the additional multiyear agreement, the
client will utilize CSG's market-leading Interconnect
solution in a managed services model to provide reliable cost structures
and improved productivity across the client's international wholesale
operations. CSG Interconnect will also allow the client to focus on
innovative offers and more strategic initiatives by providing complete
operational and financial control of business-to-business interactions
with other carriers and service partners.
