CSG Helps Service Providers Maximize Revenue Through Effective Dispute and Reconciliation Management

September 17, 2019

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO, September 17, 2019 – Service providers identify invoice dispute management as one of the primary pain points in their business today. It is estimated that an average of seven to 15 percent of all wholesale invoices contain billing errors or inaccuracies. Since most businesses manually process a significant number of invoices each month, network operators of all sizes could be losing significant revenue as a result of incorrect or manual billing.

Today, CSG (NASDAQ: CSGS) announced the availability of its Dispute Reconciliation Management solution (DRM), which provides service providers with the tools and support to automate the reconciliation and dispute process.

“The absence of automation and tracking in the dispute and reconciliation process has been a central pain point for service providers worldwide,” said Michelle Nowak, vice president, global solutions and services, CSG. “The CSG Dispute Reconciliation Management solution empowers business teams to reconcile every possible invoice and any future invoice. It puts the service provider in control by shortening and simplifying the dispute process, resulting in reduced operating expenses.”

DRM reduces or eliminates the cumbersome use of spreadsheets and manual processes to give service providers the ability to manage disputes efficiently. The solution empowers users to efficiently configure new invoice formats and use tailored workflows that integrate into their specific business processes. The solution also:

  • Reduces partner management costs across all wholesale business lines and for all partners in the revenue chain.
  • Provides management with a simple view of current partner disputes as well as dispute history using a smart user interface that gives the user the power to hide. show, compute, aggregate, sort, highlight, graph, and subscribe to report emails for specific information and reports.
  • Uploads partner invoices and files which acts as an online storage repository.
  • Maintains the history, and any attachments/documents as part of dispute negotiations.

CSG Dispute Reconciliation Management is part of the company’s digital Wholesale suite of products and solutions. CSG is a leader in the BSS industry for wholesale market with a long-standing track record in disciplines including billing and settlement, digital partner management, trading, routing, service assurance and fraud protection.
