mobile providers, has selected key components of CSG's Total
Service Mediation and Wholesale
Business Management Solution (WBMS) suites. TalkTalk will deploy the
latest version of CSG Intermediate, CSG Interconnect including Dispute
Manager, and CSG Route, replacing a combination of bespoke systems as
well as a previous version of CSG Route.

United Kingdom, required a solution which could not only support these
varied product types and projected growth, but also support the rollout
of future digital services. The CSG solution will enable TalkTalk to
streamline its back office processes and more accurately track cost and
revenue, including for TalkTalk Business, which is a leading B2B and
wholesale service provider. TalkTalk will be able to offer enhanced,
partner-specific terms to negotiate exclusive rights to partner products
that can be used to attract or retain customers or enrich its brand.
